The Leaders of the Heart
Ellen Pierce, MA, is the founder of the Leaders of the Heart. She is the lead singer, an intuitive channel and an entrepreneur.
Ellen helps concert go-ers connect to their own inner dreams and desires. She believes that everyone can have a personal and direct connection to their divine purpose. Music, or more specifically, vibration, is an easy access point for our feelings, and for subconscious transformation.
Most people have a fear of public speaking, but Ellen’s journey of childhood trauma that caused an anxiety disorder, and therefore extreme stage fright, left her crying, shaking, and forgetting the words to her favorite songs when she tried to take the stage to sing. Ellen hired a coach who taught her the power of vibration. She began to soothe herself using only the tool of her own voice.
Her training in group psychotherapy at Naropa University showed her just how powerful receiving reflection can be. This is why she started to weave her uplifting and inspirational songs with guided visioning, declaration (stating your visions our loud) and meditative conversation (sharing reflections during the concert).
One of our cultural hero stories is the spiritual person who leaves the corporate world to find themselves. Ellen did the opposite. Steeped in spiritual contemplation from a young age, Ellen realized that at this time in human evolution, to do something great with our lives, we must have money - preferably a lot of it. Recognizing this need, Ellen listened to every spiritual book on winning with money while living life on her own terms that she could get her ears on.
Some of her biggest inspirations were The Science of Getting Rich, Think and Grow Rich, Abraham Hicks, Wayne Dyer, as well as Deepok Chopra and Oprah’s meditations. Eventually she got introduced to the new generation of thought leaders - people like Jen Sincero, Joe Dispenza and Dave Ramsey who helped her get down to earth and practical about making a real living, living debt free, and still having time and freedom to be creative.
Ellen has been featured on Elephant Journal, Mentally Fit, Denver 7 and has performed at hundreds of venues including Charlie’s in Maui, Inner Alchemy in Seattle, was a guest singer at the Mishawaka Amphitheater in Colorado, and has played the Asticou Garden’s in Maine.
